If you don’t have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string or ribbon and then measure it with a ruler. Please note: Garments may vary due to design and manufacturing differences.
Arm
Slightly bend the elbow of your dominant arm. Measure from the base of your back neck to your shoulder, over the elbow, then down to your wrist where you would like your sleeve to end.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest area and keep tape level under your arms and across your back.

Measure around the smallest part of your natural waistline where your body bends side to side.
4. LEG
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of your ankle or leg.
5. FOOT LENGTH
Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Measure both feet and choose the longer one if they are different lengths.
