IS THERE A COST TO JOIN myABERCROMBIE?
No, myABERCROMBIE is completely free.
HOW DO I JOIN myABERCROMBIE?
If you held an active account at abercrombie.com prior to February 2017, we already enrolled you. If not, you can sign up in any participating U.S. Abercrombie or Abercrombie kids store, (excluding San Francisco Premium Outlet, Katy Mills Mega Outlet, Gurnee Mills Mega Outlet, and Plaza Las Americas locations), online at Abercrombie.com, or in our app by providing your name, phone number and email address.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY WELCOME OFFER, WHAT HAPPENED?
Check your spam folder or confirm the email address you used to register. If the email address you provided at enrollment was incorrect or misspelled, you may not have received the offer. Contact us at abercrombie@abercrombie.com or 1-866-681-3115 with further questions. If you signed up in store, the welcome offer can take up to 72 hours to arrive in your inbox.
WILL I RECEIVE A MEMBER CARD?
No, your myAbercrombie ID is digital and is available in our Android or iOS app, as well as inside your myAbercrombie account online. If you don't have the app, at the store register, you can give an associate the phone number or email address that you used to register for myAbercrombie, and the associate can look up your myAbercrombie ID to link your purchase so you can earn points.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY myABERCROMBIE MEMBERSHIP?
No. Your myAbercrombie account is non-transferable and is unique to you. You cannot transfer (or sell) points. Any accounts suspected of this may lead to forfeiture of acquired points and a possible suspension or termination of the account(s).
CAN STORE ASSOCIATES JOIN myABERCROMBIE?
Yes! myAbercrombie is open to participation from associates. Note, associates may be excluded from certain promotions.
WHAT IS SPECIAL MEMBER PRICING?
At designated times throughout the year, members will have access to special pricing reserved exclusively for myAbercrombie members. This special pricing could include early access to sales, members-only discounts and other member-exclusive offers.

WHAT ARE myABERCROMBIE POINTS?
myAbercrombie points are earned on eligible product purchases when a myAbercrombie ID is provided at any U.S. Abercrombie or abercrombie kids store location (excluding San Francisco Premium Outlet, Katy Mills Mega Outlet, Gurnee Mills Mega Outlet, and Plaza Las Americas locations), or at Abercrombie.com. For members, every net $1 spent will earn 10 myAbercrombie points, and for VIP members, you will earn standard free shipping on all your orders (see myAbercrombie terms for full details). Once a member or VIP earns 2,500 myAbercrombie points, those points will automatically be converted to a $10 Reward. There are many additional ways to earn points like downloading and signing in to our app and completing your profile.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY myABERCROMBIE POINTS BALANCE AND MEMBERSHIP DETAILS?
You can get 24/7 access to your myAbercrombie account in our app, or by logging in to your account at Abercrombie.com.
HOW MANY myABERCROMBIE POINTS CAN I EARN IN A YEAR? DO THEY EXPIRE?
You can earn up to 100,000 myAbercrombie points or $400 value in Rewards per calendar year. Points don’t expire as long as you make at least one eligible product purchase a year.
MY MEMBERSHIP HAS NEGATIVE POINTS, WHAT HAPPENED?
Because we automatically deduct myAbercrombie points to issue you a Reward, and we also automatically deduct points if you return items which earned points on their initial purchase, your Membership may have a negative point balance. Don’t worry, you may still be eligible to earn more points toward a Reward, and you’ll earn more points to get a positive balance soon!
IF I FORGET TO LOG INTO MY myABERCROMBIE ACCOUNT DURING A TRANSACTION, CAN I STILL EARN myABERCROMBIE POINTS FOR MY PURCHASE?
Yes! You can log in to your account at Abercrombie.com and enter the transaction information in the "History" section within 30 days of the purchase to manually add your myAbercrombie points.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY myABERCROMBIE POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING?
myAbercrombie points usually post within 48 hours of your purchase, but can take several days. For online purchases, points do not post until 48 hours after the order is shipped and your payment type is charged. If you are concerned about missing points in your account, please contact myAbercrombie customer service at Abercrombie@abercrombie.com or 1-866-681-3115 and have your receipt available.

WHAT ARE REWARDS AND WHERE CAN I USE THEM?
Rewards can be issued in denominations of $10/20/30/40 (depending on how many points you earned), and the certificates can be redeemed at any U.S. Abercrombie & Fitch and abercrombie kids store (excluding San Francisco Premium Outlet, Katy Mills Mega Outlet, Gurnee Mills Mega Outlet, and Plaza Las Americas locations) or online at Abercrombie.com to make purchases (see myAbercrombie Terms for full details).
HOW LONG ARE myABERCROMBIE REWARDS VALID?
Rewards expire 90 days after they are automatically issued to you so be sure to use them!
HOW CAN I USE MY REWARDS IN STORE?
An associate can look up your myAbercrombie ID using a phone number or email address associated with your myAbercrombie account, or by scanning your myAbercrombie ID. The associate will be able to view your available rewards and apply them to your transaction. Rewards can be applied toward the purchase of any merchandise sold, but is not valid for the purchase of gift cards, e-gift cards, shipping & handling or delivery charges, and gift wrap. Rewards can be used in addition to all other payment types Abercrombie accepts.
HOW MANY REWARDS CAN I USE ON A TRANSACTION? WHAT IF I DON’T USE THE ENTIRE BALANCE?
You can use up to 3 Rewards in a single transaction. If you don’t spend the entire value of the Rewards on a given purchase, you will forfeit any remaining balance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I APPLY REWARDS AT CHECKOUT, BUT CANCEL THE TRANSACTION OR REMOVE THE APPLIED REWARDS?
Your Rewards will be returned to your account with the original expiration date applicable.
myABERCROMBIE VIP TIER
HOW DO I GET VIP STATUS?
You will qualify for VIP status when you spend $500 during your member year. Your member year starts the day you join myAbercrombie and lasts for 365 days. Your VIP status is good for the member year in which you qualify and the following member year.
WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF BEING A VIP?
VIP members earn free standard shipping on all orders. In addition to free standard shipping, VIPs receive a special gift each time they reach VIP status along with occasional VIP exclusive offers.
HOW DO I KEEP MY VIP STATUS?
After your initial qualification of VIP status, you must requalify every member year to maintain your VIP status. Just spend $500 within each member year to keep your VIP perks.
IT LOOKS LIKE I LOST MY VIP STATUS?
If you return a qualifying purchase, you may lose your VIP status. If you didn’t requalify for VIP at the end of your most recent year, you can requalify for VIP by spending $500 in the next member year.
