Online Return Policy
Important Returns Update for Qatar, Effective September 11, 2025:
If you placed an order on our website before September 11, 2025:
Please send those items to our Distribution Center, following the standard return process.
If you placed an order on our local franchise partner's site shipping to Qatar on or after September 11, 2025:
Your order will be fulfilled by Majid Al Futtaim Fashion LLC Qatar and returns will be subject to their local return policy.
We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund, subject to the following terms.
Return/Exchange Conditions for Orders Placed to Lebanon, Turkey, or the UAE on or before October 19, 2022 (processed by eShopWorld)
If you made a purchase from Lebanon, Turkey, or the UAE, on or before October 19, 2022, your contract of sale is between you and our former international sales partner eShopWorld. You are subject to the terms and conditions, including the returns and refund process, as provided to you by eShopWorld, which can be found here. For any questions or concerns, please contact eShopWorld. For any purchases from the above countries after October 19, 2022, the below Sale Terms apply to you.
Return of Merchandise Purchased Online
Select merchandise will be accompanied with a tag that must stay attached in order to return the item.

To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 60 days of the order shipment date. After 60 days of your order shipment date, the only option for refund will be offered in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address used on the order.

If an invoice was not included in your package, and you submit your return online selecting “I’ll Ship it Myself”, please print your order confirmation email that was sent to you at order placement and include it in the return package.
To return your merchandise without initiating the return online, please send the merchandise back to us at the address below. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent back to us by your own return carrier must be received and processed at our Distribution Center within 60 days of the order shipment date to receive a refund to your original payment method.

Important Return Information
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if mailed to the address listed above within 60 days of the shipping date. If your return is received and processed at our Distribution Center after 60 days of the order shipment date, your refund will be processed in the form of an e-gift card.
If your order was placed in USD, you may return in a US Abercrombie & Fitch or abercrombie kids store.
