IS THERE ANY COST TO JOIN THE A&F CLUB?
No, A&F Rewards is completely free.
How do I join the A&F Club?
If you held an active account at abercrombie.com prior to February 2017, we already enrolled you! If not, you can sign up in any participating U.S. Abercrombie or Abercrombie kids store, (excluding San Francisco Premium Outlet, Katy Mills Mega Outlet, Gurnee Mills Mega Outlet, and Plaza Las Americas locations), online at Abercrombie.com, or in our app by providing your name, phone number and email address.
I did not receive my welcome offer, what happened?
Check your spam folder or confirm the email address you used to register. If the email address you provided at enrollment was incorrect or misspelled, you may not have received the offer. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-866-681-3115 with further questions. Signed up in store? The welcome offer can take up to 72 hours to arrive in your inbox.
Will I receive a member card?
No, your A&F Club ID is digital and is available in our Android or iOS app, as well as inside you’re A&F Club Membership online. Don’t have the app? At the store register, you can give an associate the phone number or email address that you used to register your Membership, and the associate can look up your Membership ID to link your purchase to earn points.
Can someone else use my A&F Club Membership?
No. Your A&F Club Membership is non-transferable and is unique to you. You cannot transfer (or sell) points. Any Memberships suspected of this may lead to forfeiture of acquired points and a possible suspension or termination of the account(s).
Can store associates join the A&F Club?
Yes! The A&F Club is open to participation from associates. Note, associates may be excluded from certain promotions.
A&F CLUB POINTS
What are A&F Club Points?
A&F Club points are earned on eligible product purchases when a Membership ID is provided at any U.S. Abercrombie or abercrombie kids store location (excluding San Francisco Premium Outlet, Katy Mills Mega Outlet, Gurnee Mills Mega Outlet, and Plaza Las Americas locations), or at Abercrombie.com. For every net $1 spent, members will earn 10 A&F Club points (see A&F Club Terms for full details). For every 2,500 A&F Club points earned, members’ points will automatically be converted to a $10 Rewards Cash. There are many additional ways to earn points like downloading and signing in to the Abercrombie App, and completing your profile!
Where can I track my A&F Club points balance and Membership details?
You can get 24/7 access to your A&F Club Membership in our app, or by logging onto your Membership at abercrombie.com.
How many A&F Club points can I earn in a year? Do they expire?
You can earn up to 62,500 A&F Club points or $250 value in Rewards Cash per calendar year. Points don’t expire as long as you make at least one eligible product purchase a year.
My Membership has negative points, what happened?
Because we automatically deduct A&F Club points to issue you Rewards Cash, and we also automatically deduct points if you return items which earned points on their initial purchase, your Membership may have a negative point balance. Don’t worry, you may still be eligible to earn more points toward rewards cash, and you’ll earn more points to get a positive balance soon!
If I forget to log into my A&F Club Membership during a transaction, can I still earn A&F Club points for my purchase?
Yes! Members can login to their Membership at Abercrombie.com and enter the transaction information in the "History" section within 30 days of the purchase to manually add their A&F Club points.
What should I do if my A&F Club points are not showing?
A&F Club points usually post within 48 hours of your purchase, but can take several days. For online purchases, points do not post until 48 hours after the order is shipped and your payment type is charged. If you are concerned about missing points in your account, please reach A&F Club customer service at Abercrombie@abercrombie.com or 1-866-681-3115 and have your receipt available.
A&F CLUB REWARDS CASH
What are Rewards Cash and where can I use them?
Rewards Cash are rewards certificates that can be issued in denominations of $10/20/30/40 (depending on how many points a Member has earned), and the certificates can be redeemed at any U.S. Abercrombie & Fitch and abercrombie kids store (excluding San Francisco Premium Outlet, Katy Mills Mega Outlet, Gurnee Mills Mega Outlet, and Plaza Las Americas locations) or online at Abercrombie.com to make purchases (see A&F Club Terms for full details).
How long are A&F Club Rewards Cash certificates valid?
Rewards Cash certificates expire 90 days after they are automatically issued to you so be sure to use them!
How can I use my Rewards Cash in store?
An associate can look up your Membership ID using a phone number or email address associated with your A&F Club Membership, or by scanning your A&F Club ID. The associate will be able to view your available rewards and apply them to your transaction. Rewards Cash can be applied towards the purchase of any merchandise sold, but is not valid for the purchase of gift cards, e-gift cards, shipping & handling or delivery charges, and gift wrap. Rewards Cash can be used in addition to all other payment types Abercrombie accepts.
How many Rewards Cash certificates can I use on a transaction? What if I don’t use the entire balance?
You can use up to 3 Rewards Cash certificates in a single transaction. If you don’t spend the entire value of the Rewards Cash on a given purchase, you will forfeit any remaining balance.
What happens if I apply Rewards Cash at checkout, but cancel the transaction or remove the applied Rewards Cash?
Your Rewards Cash will be returned to your Membership with the original expiration date applicable.
A&F CLUB V.I.P. TIER
How do I get VIP Status?
You will qualify for VIP status when you spend $500 during your member year. Your member year starts the day you join the A&F Club and lasts for 365 days. Your VIP status is good for the member year in which you qualify and the following member year.
What are the perks of being a VIP?
VIP A&F Club members earn A&F Club Rewards faster by earning 15 points for every dollar spent. In addition to faster earning, VIPs receive a special gift each time they reach VIP status along with occasional VIP exclusive offers.
How do I keep my VIP status?
After your initial qualification of VIP status, you must requalify every member year to maintain your VIP status. Just spend $500 within each member year to keep your VIP perks.
It looks like I lost my VIP status?
Returning qualifying purchases can cause you to lose your VIP status. If you didn’t requalify for VIP at the end of your most recent year, don’t worry! You can requalify for VIP by spending $500 in the next member year.
