Online Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return.
We do not process exchanges for items purchased online. If there is an item you would like to exchange, we suggest you return that item and place a new order for the item you want.
Return or Exchange of Merchandise Purchased Online
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can bring your merchandise to your local Abercrombie & Fitch store in Japan or send your merchandise back to us at:

Returns sent back to this address may be held for up to 7-10 days before being shipped back to our Distribution Center for final return processing.
If you have an abercrombie kids order, you can return it to the above address or your local Abercrombie & Fitch store in Japan.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Be sure to include the original invoice and reason for returning.
Important Return Information
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if return is shipped to us within 14 days of delivery.
Once we process your return, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund.
Orders billed in any currency other than JPY cannot be returned or exchanged in an Abercrombie & Fitch store location in Japan.

Holiday Return Policy: With the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment through January 31 the following year. After 14 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
