E-Gift Card Details
E-Gift Cards are sent via email on the day you choose, upon payment approval. E-Gift Card processing time may vary by the time of day an order is submitted. Orders submitted after 4:00pm EST may not be processed until the following day. If you choose a future date, your payment card will not be billed until the date the E-Gift Card is sent. You will receive a copy of the E-Gift Card email when it is sent to your recipient.
E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- E-Gift Cards purchased online may be used at Abercrombie.com, abercrombiekids.com, or at any Abercrombie & Fitch or abercrombie store location.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- If the email that contained an E-Gift Card is accidentally deleted, please contact us.
- When merchandise is returned where an E-Gift Card is a payment type, the original E-Gift Card will be credited. A new E-Gift Card will not be issued.
- E-Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
- Use of the E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions.
- The terms and conditions of E-Gift Cards are governed by the laws of the country where the card is purchased.
