Returning Gift Cards / Merchandise Credits

Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits are redeemable for merchandise only at all Abercrombie & Fitch/abercrombie locations, Abercrombie.com and abercrombiekids.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law or applied as payment to any Abercrombie & Fitch account.

Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new Gift Card/E-Gift Card in the amount of the then remaining balance upon proof as required by Abercrombie & Fitch/abercrombie. The terms and conditions of this card are governed by the laws of the state and country where the card is purchased. If the email message that contained an E-Gift Card is accidentally deleted, give us a call at 1.866.359.1892.
